From an engineering background, the Customer Project Manager is in charge of supporting our clients and managing our projects, from sales to the roll-out of our in-store solution. The Project Manager provides his technical expertise and works closely with the sales teams to meet customers’ needs. It’s the preferred intermediary for all technical and operational issues. During the deployment, the main goals are leading and coordinating in-house team to ensure the project’s stay on schedule.

At the core of our business, SES-imagotag’s sales teams are working on our international business development plan in the retail sector. Their goals: Identify our tomorrow’s customers and retain our current customers enabling SES-imagotag to maintain its position as a global leader in the market. This the first point of contact for the customer, each business work closely with our marketing team, our operational teams (customer projects management, logistic, etc.) and our technical teams to ensure a qualitative follow-up and maximize our customer satisfaction!

As a software publisher, SES-imagotag offers a IoT Cloud platform with a full range of services to the retailers. At the core of these ultra-innovative projects, our R&D team develops our DevOps solution, in an Azure environment. At SES-imagotag, the software developers (full-stack and Java) closely work with our sales teams and customer project managers in order to develop new solutions, according to the customers’ needs.

Working at Support Functions at SES-imagotag means making the choice to support the company in its strong growth and its global expansion (Marketing team, Finance team, HR team, etc.). Our employees work on a daily plan, as close as possible to the business, in order to the group’s strength leadership through international projects.
